The Women's Missionary Council’s Executive Board Meeting 2024 will be held February 19-24 2024 at the Hilton Airport Charlotte Hotel located at 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217, and hosted by Bishop James B. Walker and First Lady Delois Walker and the members of the Seventh Episcopal District.

Join the Women's Missionary Council as we celebrate 105 years of Ministry in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church! We are excited about our first in-person Executive Board Meeting in four years!. The Missionaries will share their stewardship reports of their Outstanding work that is underway in our Connectional Churches! We continue to be successful as, "Missionaries Boldly Facing New Challenges As We Serve A Changing World."

This message will provide you with general information for the Executive Board Meeting 2024 including registration and hotel reservations. The tentative Program Schedule will be available soon.

General information about the Women's Missionary Council (WMC) Executive Board Meeting 2024 is available at the official WMC Web site here https://www.cmewmc.org/executiveboard2024.

Official announcements, news and updates will be posted on the official WMC and CME Web sites, the CME Facebook page, the CMEChurch app, and other social media platforms, and e-mailed to connectional members and friends.

Registration

Registration for the WMC Executive Board Meeting 2024 is $150. The fee includes badge, conference kit, workshop materials, reports of Officers, Secretaries, Chairpersons and other working materials.

​

Online registration is now available at the WMC Web site, https://www.cmewmc.org/executiveboard2024. After registering, you will receive a link to reserve your hotel room.

Event Meal Tickets

The Executive Board Meeting 2024 will feature several events and the meal ticket fees are as follows. You may purchase your meal tickets online and before the deadline date. Meal tickets will not be sold on site.

• Prayer Breakfast: $40.00

• Presidents' Luncheon: $50.00

• Executive Board Banquet: $60.00

The official hotel for the Executive Board Meeting 2024 is the Hilton Airport Charlotte Hotel located at 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217. After registering for the Executive Board Meeting, you will receive a link to reserve your hotel room online.

Please note that reservations can be made at the group rate of $139.00 until January 30, 2024.
