The Women's Missionary Council will convene its 19th Quadrennial Assembly, June 21-29, 2019, at the Shreveport Convention Center located at 400 Caddo Street in Shreveport, LA. The official hotel is the Hilton Shreveport located at 104 Market street in Shreveport, LA (adjacent to the Shreveport Convention Center). Presiding Bishop C.James King, Jr. along with the Fourth Episcopal District will host the Quadrennial Assembly.

This message will provide you with the necessary information to help you prepare for the WMC Quadrennial Assembly including airport transportation and dress attire.

Registration

Registration for the WMC Quadrennial Assembly is now closed. On-site registration is $190. The fee includes badge, conference kit, workshop materials, reports of Officers, Secretaries, Chairpersons and other working materials.

No meal tickets will be sold onsite.

 

Hotels

Hilton Shreveport Hotel

The official hotel for the 19th Quadrennial Assembly is the Hilton Shreveport located at 104 Market street in Shreveport, LA (adjacent to the Shreveport Convention Center). The group rate is $99.00 plus $14.90 (15.05%) tax. Rooms under our block are sold out!

​Sam's Town - Overflow Hotel

​

The overflow hotel for the 19th Quadrennial Assembly is Sam's Town Hotel and Casino located at 315 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA 71101. It is approximately three blocks from the Shreveport Convention Center. The room rate is $89.00 per night plus tax.

​

The Council will provide transportation from the hotel to the Convention Center.

​

Airport Transportation

Please use the form here if you need round-trip transportation from the airport to the Hilton Shreveport Hotel and Sam's Town Hotel, the group hotels designated for the Women's Missionary Council Quadrennial Assembly.​

The Council will provide transportation from Sam's Town Hotel to the Convention Center.

Tour of Shreveport
